Victoria Galardi Returns to San Sebastian with 'The Hedgehogs' in Co-Production Forum

Celebrated Argentine filmmaker Victoria Galardi is set to return to the San Sebastian Film Festival with her latest film project in development, "The Hedgehogs." The film will be presented in the festival's Co-Production Forum, which is now in its twelfth edition and serves as a platform for European and Latin American filmmakers to connect and explore co-production opportunities.

Galardi's "The Hedgehogs" is a horror-thriller that follows a group of teen girls who fall victim to a strange and terrifying entity during a hot summer night. The film is co-produced with Mexico's The Virgin, and is expected to be a dark and unsettling exploration of female friendship and the dangers that lurk beneath the surface of everyday life.

"The Hedgehogs" marks Galardi's second time participating in the San Sebastian Co-Production Forum, following her successful presentation of her previous film, "Lovely Loneliness," which was later selected for the festival's official competition.
