Former 'Arrow' Star to Play Ted Black in 'Suits LA'

Joining Stephen Amell in the NBC spin-off are Rachelle Goulding, Troy Winbush, and Victoria Justice.

Stephen Amell is suiting up for a new courtroom drama. The actor will lead NBC's upcoming Suits spinoff, Suits LA, portraying Ted Black, a charismatic force of nature. After weeks of speculation, the Suits spinoff has locked down Amell as its first star, and he's bringing a stellar cast with him.

Rachelle Goulding, Troy Winbush, and Victoria Justice have also joined the Suits LA cast. Goulding will play Samantha Wheeler, a brilliant and ambitious lawyer who is Ted Black's right-hand woman.
